Sand bags are excellent props for your yoga practice, whether you are using them to deepen relaxation or strengthen muscles.

NOTE: Bags purchased pre-filled will come with sand already inside. Bags purchased empty will come empty and you will need to source 10-12 lbs of sand to fill the bag with before being able to use!
