Restorative Yin is a fusion between poses supported by blocks, bolsters and blocks, and long held poses that will deeply release the fascia around the muscles. All props provided.
Payment: Pay upon arrival, cash or Venmo, $20 per class, or $72 for 4 (do not need to be redeemed consecutively).
