As promised, #wepractice Wednesday is all about cobra this week.

Cobra is so much more than being bendy in your spine. Finding the proper strength and stability in this posture is so important to avoid injury.

Use these exercises to strengthen your cobra and tag me when you do so we can cheer you on 🤗

15-20 reps of each, and go!

1. Diamond Bridge Pulse
2. Single Arm Superman
3. Baby Cobra Push Up
4. Low Lunge Hamstring Curl
5. Plank to Down Dog Spinal Rolls
