#WePractice: Triangle
I was away last week and prepared for my absence for weeks...yet still forgot a few pieces π including #wepractice
Weβre all just human. π€ͺ
Anyways, weβre back at it with #triangle this week. This pose feels so good, but is definitely one that with strength is made more enjoyable.

4. Triangle Block Pass
5. Triangle Oblique Pulse
