#WePractice: Triangle

I was away last week and prepared for my absence for weeks...yet still forgot a few pieces πŸ™Š including #wepractice

We’re all just human. πŸ€ͺ

Anyways, we’re back at it with #triangle this week. This pose feels so good, but is definitely one that with strength is made more enjoyable.

1. Rotisserie Push Up
2. Elbow to Wrist Table Crunch
3. Flying Warriors
4. Triangle Block Pass
5. Triangle Oblique Pulse
