Location: Lake Placid, NY
Exact itinerary to be announced in FB group once registration closes. Will include hiking, yoga, nourishing meals, nature, and self-care activities built to challenge you and also leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.

We will NOT room two retreatants who do not know each other together in a shared bed/room space unless requested. If you are not joining the retreat weekend with a friend/family member who you are sharing accommodations with please choose a single space.
