HIIT at High Peaks Chiropractic

Wednesdays, 5:45-6:15 p.m.

A quick and efficient 30 minute workout session. HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a very effective form of exercise that can be done in a short time frame. We will do circuits of body-weight exercises to challenge our limits and build strength - the foundation for all movement we take on and off of our mats.

Payment: Pay upon arrival, cash or Venmo, $15 per class, or $50 for 4 (do not need to be redeemed consecutively).

Reservation only, no-shows or cancellations less than 24 hours in advance of class time are full-charge, thank you for understanding!
