A pre-weekend energy boost. We will wake up, warm up & move through a feel-good-flow. The level of intensity will vary each week depending on how we are feeling. The best yoga practices are the ones that are lead by listening to our bodies.

Pay upon arrival, cash or Venmo, $20 per class, or $72 for 4 (do not need to be redeemed consecutively).
