#WePractice: Camel

This week #wepractice Wednesday has us working on camel πŸͺ swipe for some excellent strengtheners to help you move into this pose.

Remember, consistency is key, and injury is never worth it! Take the time to do the work and that work will pay off.

By strengthening the back body we open the front body, making back bends like camel wayyyy more accessible.

The line up is:
1. Bridge Hold
2. Bridge Pulse
3. Reverse Table Hold
4. Reverse Table Pulse
5. Superman Pulse
6. Puppy
7. Low Lunge
8. Camel Hinge
