Meet Anna
Anna has been an elite athlete for 20 years. She competed as a nordic skier from age 8 through sophomore year in college. After stepping off the ski team in 2016, she discovered she had a passion for athletics beyond endurance. She started educating herself in the science of strength training, the important role of flexibility, and how nutrition and recovery ties it all together. She graduated with a degree in Exercise Science from St. Lawrence University in 2018 , and since become certified as a 200hr Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, and an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. She specializes in helping people develop consistent habits that eventually develop into a love and lifestyle for staying fit.
