In an effort to keep the weekend affordable for all, we have 2 accommodation options for retreatants. A shared king or queen bed means you are sharing a bed with a friend or family member you have registered with. We will not place retreatants to share a bed at random. If you are sharing a bed, you will register with the $390 option, and whomever you are sharing the accommodation with will also register with the $390 option. Please checkout together, or make note of who it is you would like to share your accommodation with at checkout if checking out separate. If you prefer a bed of your own for the weekend, you will choose the $531 option. However, please note that all single bed accommodations are within shared rooms. There are 10.5 bathrooms in the home, so there will be plenty of bathrooms for retreatants. The specific bedroom arrangements are outlined below.

Additionally, we have added the option to offer this retreat weekend to those who cannot be with us in person. If you choose the Virtual Experience, you will receive Zoom access to experiences that we can offer virtually throughout the weekend (all yoga classes, workshops, meditation sessions, etc.). Self-care from anywhere!

Past Retreatant Reflections

"It's incredible how, if you take the time and surround yourself with the right people, you can come back to yourself and to your purpose in a matter of hours."

— M.D. | Mindfulness in Motion Retreat, Oct 2019

"I loved the weekend! The retreat came at a perfect time. I struggle with depression and I had been letting my self-care slip and was starting to return to a bad place. The yoga and meditations were so relaxing and refreshing and the weekend gave me a lot of new tools I can use to continue self-care and mindfulness."

— C.P. | Mindfulness in Motion Retreat, Oct 2019

"This weekend was a time for me to slow down and think about what really matters to me in my life. It's easy to get overwhelmed and push self-care to the side. My favorite point Anna made was how each of us has the time to do things we make time to do. It's important to take charge of our lives, and take the initiative to be happier and calmer by simply allowing ourselves to be. Since the retreat I have been consciously taking more time for myself to destress, as self-care is not selfish - it is power to find peace amongst the chaos."

— M.D. | Mindfulness in Motion Retreat, Oct 2019

"I am so grateful for the space this retreat gave me to relax, slow down, and focus on my own practice through various yoga classes, mindfulness workshops, and Anna's amazing cooking!"
